What Is An Engagement Experience?

What Is An Engagement
Experience?

Identify | Clarify | Magnify

Every situation we find ourselves in, be it the sales process, the board meeting, the customer service interaction, has the possibility of being a make or break moment for the company and reputation of the brand from then on

For years now I have asked people everywhere the question,
"why set a goal, when we can make a Promise?

In my book I define living the Promise as living with the highest level of engagement possible. So an Engagement Experience is a customized event for your organization where dive into your your company culture to help you Clarify and Magnify the unique and often hidden talents of every team member in the organization.

During your Engagement Experience, your organization and you will uncover new ways to thrive at the highest level of engagement.
Mission Statements Are Dead
Yep. That's right, I said it.
Well, mission statements are dead in the way that most businesses use them...

Or better said, fail to use them.

Mission statements are far too often embossed on the walls, hung on frames, and brought out when someone does something that gets them into trouble.

Mission statements become either a stick for the up and coming team member trying to figure things out or they become a distant memory of something that the leadership team was once bought into.

I can hear the conversation, “Oh yeah, we made one of those… once.”
This is my clarion call to every business owner who is seeking to raise
their leadership effectiveness and team communication.
Hi, I'm Jason Hewlett
I am a Hall of Fame Speaker and author of the book The Promise to the One. I along with my Co-Founder's have created what we call The Promise Institute. But before we go any further on that, if you want to raise the bar with your leadership awareness and team development, then tune in right now.

First, it doesn't matter where you were yesterday. What matters is that you’re willing to consider a new possibility for your business, for your team, for your culture, and for yourself today.

Somehow, when people get into a leadership position, they typically run with the idea that leading a company and a team is about telling everyone what to do and how to most effectively do it.
But nothing could be
further from the truth...
And if you're a business owner with a desire to instill the highest levels of engagement into your company and organization you’re in the right place.

When a company encourages awareness and growth at every level, it will thrive and ultimately become a Promise Culture; that is, a place where every employee's strengths are maximized toward the fulfillment of the company vision.

When a company balances The Promise To; The One, The Work Family, The Audience, and their Impact we see increased bottom lines, greater Engagement, improved Productivity, and generational influence.

We Call This The Promise Culture...
Your Culture is something we help you Clarify and Magnify by uncovering the unique and often hidden talents of every team member in the organization.
We do this using a gamified Engagement Experience.

An assessment tool designed to break down barriers and create an environment where real conversations can happen without fear of guilt, embarrassment, or shame.

This “Engagement Experience” will help you and you organization realize new levels of awareness surrounding your weak points and blind spots allowing you to take the next step into your highest level of engagement to both abolish mediocrity and embrace excellence in every aspect of your business.

This Experience we call "The Leadership Game" will give you the confidence to:
  • Understand each other's awareness levels within your organization ...
  • Expose blind spots to allow room for growth at your highest level of engagement...
  • Unite your team members and empower people come together in an edifying and clarifying way...
  • Implement a higher level of The Promise Culture with your organization...
  • Better retain the people in your organization so you're not constantly retraining people...
  • ... and much MUCH More!
This experience is powerful. By trusting in the process of the game, you and your team can start seeing clarifying conversations and culture transformations by the end of the game.

Believe it or not culture is what you do consistently, whether intentionally or not. Consistency compounds, for the best and for the worst.
Having a Promise Culture is aligning consistency with intentionality.
It aligns awareness with strengths. And ultimately brings out the
best of every individual at every level every day.
That is the purpose of this Engagement Experience with The Leadership Game...

For significantly less than it would cost you to hire and train a new employee, our team will facilitate the game with your top 10-12 people in the organization.

Bottom line: every business owner with a desire to run a successful company with a powerful cutter should understand a few key ideas.
  • You've likely seen me on a stage or a video somewhere, don't let that moment die there. This gets your organization into action and Living the Promise at your highest level of engagement.
  • If recent times have taught us anything, it's that we need to dig the well before we are thirsty. The Leadership Game makes it easy to get into motion, start living The Promise, and have the well dug before you'll ever need it.
  • Playing The Leadership Game will bring new ideas from within your own organization allowing you to cultivate growth and progress inside your company.
The "The Leadership Game" Engagement Experience holds the key to your success with your leadership awareness and team development.

Sincerely,
